How do you track your contracts workload?


My office uses Microsoft Excel; the disadvantage of using Excel on a Shared Drive is that only one person can work on updating the Spreadsheet at a time as others are locked out which keeps other people from updating while one person is using the file.  If you have many people that need to update the document, you might wish to use Google Docs or Sharepoint which have document collaboration and co-authoring.
