Question: So I can communicate the right information with the Expert, I have a few questions with regard to how the SAM waiver works and the purpose of the FTC vendor form. With a temporary SAM Waiver, does the Expert need to provide a DUNS # and Tax ID at this stage? The last I spoke to him, he was having problems obtaining a DUNS# so that might be the hold up.
Answer: With a temporary SAM Waiver, Dr. Popescu need to provide a Tax ID/SSN along with his name, address and banking information on the vendor form, since he doesn’t have a DUNs number.
